Chef Stéphane Lelièvre, a passionate cook, and his team concoct complex menus, meticulously prepared with high quality products from our local producers. In our gastronomic restaurant in Provence, we give priority to seasonal and sun-drenched products from our region to prepare Mediterranean dishes, with Provencal flavours and colours. According to the seasons, these tasty and elegantly presented dishes will delight even the most demanding taste buds.

The gastronomic restaurant Les Pins Penchés also has an exceptional wine cellar, under the large glass roof of the winter garden of our estate. It houses an incredible selection of French grands crus and thousands of bottles to choose from to accompany our menus.
