After High School of hoteliers of Nice and Marseille , Sandrine and Stéphane Lelièvre, then aged 19 , started in 1988 in the port of Carqueiranne.
Years later, at the head of several institutions between Hyères and La Seyne-sur-Mer , they put their expertise and experience at your service for you to enjoy exceptional moments.
Its center of gravity is the kitchen. Inspired cuisine of the finest products of our region where the chef grew. Mediterranean roots anchored in Provence, which do not prevent the discovery of new products through various trips around the world.
In 1988, then aged 19 and new graduates from hotel schools of Nice and Marseille, Sandrine and Stéphane Lelièvre decide to start out. They then bought a little bar in the port of Carqueiranne, they transformed it into restaurant. The Pins Penches were born. This restaurant could then accommodate a dozen people.
Armed with courage and with time, this little restaurant has expanded and other addresses have emerged:

In 2000, the couple was heart set for a building of the eighteenth century set in Cap Brun Toulon, Castle Clapière. After a year of great work, the property returns to its former glory and is ready to hold the proud name of The Pins Penches. Relocating the name from Carqueiranne to Toulon.
The ancient Pins penches Carqueiranne then become the restaurant La Table du Port, It is still under the umbrella of Stéphane Lelievre.
SINCE 2001 , the group continued to expand with the acquisition of EMBLEMATIC seaside restaurant of Almanarre in Hyères Robinson (2011) , the creation of Les P'tits Pins on the Plade de la Liberté in Toulon ( 2013).
Now head of multiple signs, Stéphane Lelievre had the honor of being chosen as sponsor
for the 2006 promotion of high school Hotelier Paul Augier NICE and sponsor of the 2013 promotion of high school Hotelier Anne-Sophie Pic TOULON .
He became in 2014 Vice President " restaurants " in the prestigious chain " Châteaux & Hôtels Collection " chaired by Alain Ducasse.
He is the creator in 2007 of the " diners de chefs " where he unites its chefs friends across the whole of France to make every first Thursday of December gourmet evenings which all revenue is available to Les restaurant du coeur ( approximately 150,000 euros in 2016 )
